1. Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but menus, prices, opening hours, event details and availability can change. Please call the team before making a special journey if a particular item, event or arrangement is important to your visit.

2. Reservations and event enquiries

A form submission is a request only. A table, private event or catering booking is not confirmed until the team contacts you and expressly confirms the arrangement.

• Availability, timings, capacity and any booking conditions will be confirmed separately.
• Call 0121 448 5454 if you need to change or cancel a confirmed arrangement.

3. Allergies and dietary requirements

Tell the team about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering and again when you arrive. Ingredients and preparation methods may change, and food is handled in a shared kitchen, so the complete absence of cross-contact cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on the website alone when making an allergen decision.

4. Alcohol and venue entry

Alcohol is sold only to people aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested. Entry is subject to capacity and licensing requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful personal use. You must not:

• Interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated methods to overload, scrape or disrupt the service.
• Submit false, abusive, unlawful or misleading material through a form.

Online orders and delivery

This website does not take orders or payments. Selecting an order link sends you to the restaurant's Uber Eats listing. Item availability, delivery area, collection options, charges, payment, refunds and support for that transaction are handled under Uber Eats' current terms. Check the order summary and tell the delivery platform and restaurant about allergies before paying.

6. Content and third-party services

Unless stated otherwise, the website's branding, text and original design are owned by or licensed to 042 BAR AND RESTAURANT LIMITED. You may not reuse them commercially without permission. Links to Google, Uber Eats and TikTok are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use of this website.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. We may update these terms when the website or services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
